Why You Should Test Your Blood Sugar

In 2011, of the 25.8 million Americans with diabetes, 7 million were undiagnosed.

On top of that there were 79 MILLION pre-diabetics! These are people whose blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not quite high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes.

When's the last time you tested your blood sugar? Last year, several years ago, never?

The process of developing diabetes starts long before any diagnosis (or symptoms for that matter).

Find out where you stand.

Watch today's video to learn how.

And if you know anyone with a history of diabetes in their family, PLEASE send them a link to today's video.
